Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Thinqit, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design and development services tailored to your brand’s needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, we follow a clear and transparent refund policy outlined below.

🔸 Advance Payment

  • We require a 50% advance payment to begin any project.

  • This advance is non-refundable, as it secures your project slot and covers planning, research, and initial design work.

🔸 Milestone-Based Work

  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final files, website handover, or deployment.

  • If the client chooses to cancel the project midway, no refund will be issued for the work completed up to that point.

🔸 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project confirmation

  • Client communication delay exceeding 15 days

  • Work already initiated or designs delivered

  • Project delay due to client-side content or feedback delays

🔸 Exceptions

In the rare case that Thinqit is unable to deliver the agreed-upon work due to unforeseen internal issues, a partial refund may be considered, minus the work already completed. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
